1. Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item:
- Is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- Includes proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
Note: Certain items such as opened packaging, customized products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for faulty or defective items. Please contact us with photos and details within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
